MyCEB
MyCEB was established in 2009 by Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia to further strengthen Malaysia’s business tourism brand and position for the international business events market.
MyCEB serves as a central hub to assist meeting and event planners to bid and stage international business events in Malaysia and act as a conduit for national product development. The goal is to improve its rankings as an international meetings destination within International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) and to grow business tourism arrivals to Malaysia.
MyCEB was established in 2009 by Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia to further strengthen Malaysia’s business tourism brand and position for the international business events market.

Our Support Categories

  • To help you secure international meetings and exhibitions, we offer a comprehensive Subvention Programme. This support is available for both International Conventions and Trade/Semi-Trade Exhibitions.
    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
    • Conventions: Must be an international or homegrown conference with at least 150 international delegates (or 50 if ICCA listed), lasting a minimum of 3 days.
    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Conventions: Submit your application with supporting documents at least 12 months before the event.
  • Our Event Support Programme offers aid for confirmed events in Malaysia, aimed at enhancing the overall success of the event.
    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
    • Event Type: Must be a regular, regional, international, or homegrown event with at least 150 international delegates and a duration of at least 3 days.
    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Submit your complete application at least 60 days before the event.
  • To help you secure international meetings and exhibitions, we offer a comprehensive Subvention Programme. This support is available for both International Conventions and Trade/Semi-Trade Exhibitions.
    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
    • Exhibitions: Must be a trade or semi-trade exhibition with at least 2,000 sqm of space and 500 international attendees over a minimum of 3 days.
    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Exhibitions: Submit your application with supporting documents at least 12 months before the event.
  • For Trade Exhibitions, we offer support for confirmed existing trade or semi-trade exhibition shows.
    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
    • Exhibitions: Must occupy 3,000-4,000 sqm of space and attract 500-750 international trade visitors.
    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Submit your application with supporting documents 9 months before the event
Malaysia is a premier destination for Corporate Meetings and Incentives, offering an array of experiences for groups of all sizes. Our support is designed to help you craft bespoke itineraries for unforgettable corporate gatherings.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Meetings & Incentives: Minimum of 100 international delegates staying at 4-5-star hotels for at least 2 nights, with a total of 200 room nights.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Submit your application at least 30 days before the group’s arrival.
Malaysia welcomes global sporting events with open arms through our International Sporting Events Support Programme. We aim to support events that bring international participants and spectators together.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Sporting Events: Must generate a minimum of 100 international participants and show direct economic benefits, such as tourist arrivals and room nights.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Submit your application 3 months before the event.
  • CONVENTION & EXHIBITION
    Subvention Support
    To help you secure international meetings and exhibitions, we offer a comprehensive Subvention Programme. This support is available for both International Conventions and Trade/Semi-Trade Exhibitions.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    The benefits of serving as a Kesatria Malaysia – Industry Champion include:

    • Conventions: Must be an international or homegrown conference with at least 150 international delegates (or 50 if ICCA listed), lasting a minimum of 3 days.
    • Exhibitions: Must be a trade or semi-trade exhibition with at least 2,000 sqm of space and 200-500 international attendees over a minimum of 3 days.
    Application Requirements:
    • Conventions: Submit your application with supporting documents at least 12 months before the event.
    • Exhibitions: Submit your application with supporting documents 9-12 months before the event.
    Event Support
    Our Event Support Programme offers aid for confirmed events in Malaysia, aimed at enhancing the overall success of the event.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Event Type: Must be a regular, regional, international, or homegrown event with at least 150 international delegates and a duration of at least 3 days.
    Application Requirements:

    For Trade Exhibitions, we offer support for inaugural and rotational exhibitions.
