How to update my venue information?
Please log in to your extranet account and update accordingly. The information will be linked to Meeting & Events Planner’s Guide.
How frequent do I need to update my venue information?
We would advise you to update IF you have new info about your product example hotel refurbishment/expended and etc.
What is the Industry Partner Programme (IPP)?
It is a MyCEB initiative to create greater synergy to position Malaysia as one of Asia's leading business tourism destinations. IPP is a cooperative sales and marketing programme between MyCEB and Malaysia's business tourism industry designed to strengthen our competitive position, provide business and professional development opportunities.

Apart from the form, do we need to attach anything else?
Certified true copy of your Registrar of Company (mandatory) and Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia (if applicable) certificates, public liability insurance, latest audited financial statement, ROC search and Public liability insurance.
