Your use of the Website and the e-Newsletter are subject to these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). By using this website www.myceb.com.my (“Website”) and the e-Newsletter made available through this Website), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. You shall also promptly update MyCEB immediately via info@myceb.com.my of any changes to the information you provide when registering.

    Variations
    MyCEB reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the content of the Website (including the services offered by MyCEB) and these Terms of Use. Any changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on the Website and by continuing to use the Website following any such change you will signify that you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Use.

    Entire Agreement
    This Terms of Use supersedes any prior agreements or arrangements which may have subsisted between us, provided the information you have given to use is not incorrect or fraudulent.

    Interpretation
    In these Terms of Use:
    1. reference to any statute or statutory provisions includes a reference to that statute or statutory provisions as from time to time amended extended or re-enacted;
    2. words importing the singular include the plural words importing any gender including every gender and words importing persons include bodies corporate and unincorporated; and (in every case) vice versa;
    3. any reference to a party to this Terms of Use includes a reference to his successors in title and permitted assigns; and

    Severability
    Notwithstanding that the whole or any part of any provision of these Terms of Use may prove to be illegal or unenforceable the other provisions of these Terms of Use and the remainder of the provision in question shall remain in full force and effect.

    Waiver
    No delay or indulgence by MyCEB in enforcing any term or condition of the Terms of Use shall prejudice the rights or powers of MyCEB nor shall any waiver by MyCEB of any breach constitute a continuing waiver in respect of any subsequent or continuing breach.

    Governing Law
    These Terms of Use between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian Law and the Malaysian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and MyCEB. MyCEB makes no representation that the information on the Website complies with any laws outside Malaysia. If you access the Website outside Malaysia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws in the place where you are located.
